This thread's subject was the Federal Reserve Bank ... so I thought this very interesting video from "From the Wilderness" was a good fit here ... it certainly helps connect the dots to a LOT of things.

Some topics ...

Money laundering, the US Government's biggest business --

CIA and drug pushing/manufacturing = the cash flow that has kept a soon-to-be imploded US economy from imploding even sooner than it will. Whoda thunk? (I worked for the CIA years ago in my innocent and naive younger days in D.C. and London. I wanted to live in Europe and they recruited at my college. Little did I know what I truly was part of ... didn't have a clue then.)

The Carlysle Group ... one of the hugest suppliers of armaments in the world -- Bush, Sr., one of its largest shareholders

And ... surprise of surprises ... the uncomfortable connections among the CIA, the Bin Ladins, the Bushes ... and 9/11.

Methinks it's time to get my vast investment of $40,000 (tee, hee) out of my 401(k). I just picked up a book entitled Crash Proof by Peter Schiff right now. (The subtitle "How to Profit from the Coming Economic Collapse" annoys me, tho, but I guess it sells books.) I picked up the book because Jon Stuart just had the author on his show the other night, and Schiff made sense in everything he said regarding the whole financial meltdown that we're all witnessing.) A book worth picking up, I think. Unfortunately, it came out in 2007 and I'm only getting my hands on it now ... but I think it could help anyone here who may have investments in dollars figure out how to possibly get those investments into more stable foreign investments. I have no idea if that will make any difference when the chit flies ... but I'm doing some homework on it now . . . whilst I do my best to maintain a Zen-like peace!

The comfortable connection between the Bush's, CIA and Bin Ladins was evident when Bush politely escorted the Bin Ladin family out of the U.S. a few days after 9/11 and without any fanfare from the media. No one questioned Bush's decision on this and it was forgotten never to be brought up again. The Bin Ladin's just seemed to disappear off the face of the earth. None of the media have done a story on the whereabouts of the Bin Ladin family and no speculation on the amount of money they transferred out of the country. Of course, Bush may have had them assassinated. It was so secretive to make for a pre-conspiracy plot.

Well, I didn't really expect you to understand anyway. Thanks for your comments. Hope you have a nice holiday.

This will be the best holiday ever. Sarah Palin has said she will step down from her governorship by the end of July and hand the state of Alaska over to someone who knows what to do with it. And someone who hasn't named their kids 'trick or treat'.

And Sarah didn't leave the microphone without throwing crap at the press for not pampering her in her campaign for president. Sarah believes she should be treated differently than any other politician, no questions about how many magazines she reads or can she really see Russia from her back yard, or "are you really as stupid as you present yourself to be" type questioning, and absolutely no questions at all about that "unmentionable" illegitimate birth. It's ok to call Hilary a bitch but that will never do for Sarah's Right Wing pure as the driven snow daughter.

Yes! This will be an extra special Fourth of July celebration. You reading this MB?

Yes, I read your post. It makes no difference to me whether Palin continues or resigns. I don't really pay too much attention to Palin, certainly not nearly as much as you do. I also don't pay too much attention to Hillary Clinton either. Hell, I don't pay as much attention to politics in general as you.

I'm more concerned about the results of politics, policies, and legislation than I am interested in the way polticians play games and fight each other.

As I've said before, and keep on saying, I'm not a right-winger. I'm not a left-winger. I'm not a "Repugnut" and I'm not a "Dummocrat."

So, I'm glad you're planning on this being an extra special Independence Day celebration. Have a great day!

I'm an audiophile.

And I'm a real Democrat......not like the cowardly bastards we now see in Congress, but more of a Paul Wellstone Democrat.

The kind that the bastards have to kill because they can't buy him, trick him or intimidate him.

But mostly an audiophile. Changing the world is harsh work.

That's what I call myself too. How about that? We have something in common. :)

Audiophile? I suppose you'll define THAT, other than a loud mouth redneck.

So MB, just how Independent are you from the GOP? :)

Do you think that little stinking Texas Turd should be tried for war crimes?

What about torture? Where do you stand on cruel and inhumane treatment?

What about Israel? Are you an Israel first loyalist?
