I'm reprograming with a liquid diet of juices, soups(occasionally) and a large glass of water beforehand. I've lost 3lbs. this week. Supposedly when my body adjust to this regiment the pounds will fly off quickly. One thing is that I feel better, not as sluggish. Dr. says I gotta get my thyroid under control or else. What else I asked. "You die" he said. At least he didn't mince words.

I laughed about it but he said, "seriously, you could die". But hey, we're all gonna die sooner or later. I suppose I'll fall somewhere in between but my goal is 100. Can you imagine Jedi, I'll be a living fossil.
