Jesus did not change the required protocol for entrance into his Judaism. If you want to follow Jesus then you would want to convert to Judaism, the way, truth and life[tradition] of Jesus. Unless you think you can prove that Jesus was recruiting people into a non-Jewish religion.

Want a new name? Converting to the way, truth and life[tradition] of Jesus will transform you from Gentile to Jew. And you must have these wedding garments of circumcision and law of Moses else, you cannot enter into the wedding feast. Jesus will order one of his bouncers to cast you out without the proper wedding garments. Which are also, by the way, the two witnesses which testify to the identity of the sons of God.

Now, think for a moment about all the people in the middle east in those days of Jesus and before and these people who did not want to be part of Judaism or bow to the Hebrew god and undergo circumcision and agree to be loyal adherents to the laws of Moses.
