Well, in this instance, who else has called themselves "card carrying Right Wing extremists?" And their identity encouraging violence against whomever they don't see as worthy as themselves? Who else have we heard in campaign meetings say: "Kill Obama"? Who else have we had the displeasure to read about in their "recent" violent attacks on people of difference?
imo, when they tie themselves to the wagon they have created, it should be them who are ran under the wheels.
