I think its time for my sabbatical....for a number of reasons that I won't go into now, I think
I lost my bearings...Some of you are glad...most will say "ho hum, who cares."

But, it has been a mixture of good and bad.

But, remember this....
For God so loved the world, that He sent His only begotten Son, that whosever believes
in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I guess he wanted to amaze us with the christian truths that none of us had ever encountered in our spiritual meanderings.

Yeah, CS was an abusive foe. And a bully. Not to mention a snickering Right Wing hypocrit. They're like that ya know. Stand themselves on a pedestal without thinking first before spouting their sermons of accusatory nonsense. Unlike me, who has never caught that dreaded foot-n-mouth disease. I'm so thankful that I have a brain.

I never got that impression of him. Maybe I didn't follow along attentively enough, but he only seemed like someone who believed in xianity. I never got that he was a bully and accusatory, etc. He just seemed like an apologist for his faith to me.

Well Jedi, seems to me that Christian identity of apologist should do just that, apologize. Instead CS adopted the doctrine of blame the other guy for the ills of the world when not considering his own faults within the body he serves, Christianity.

Just look around at all the "sin" that Christians are guilty of. If CS would concentrate on Christians in their bad behavior he might make a difference in the world. Blaming atheists and other religious people for things they have not done only gets him a slap in the face, so to speak. Besides, he is supposed to set an example for other Christians to follow. But look what he did in posting his accusatory topics.. What was he saying except that he thought to glorify Christians at the expense of others. That's why I posted about eugenics, to show-up his self righteous attitude and hypocricy. Thinking to judge others he discovered he had no evidence that his own Christian body of people were not indulging themselves in those same things. "Judge not, that ye also not be judged likewise". In other words, CS and other Christian fundamentalists should examine their own behavior and lifestyle and make sure it's squeekie clean before trying to destroy other people's reputations.

Christians fail to follow the golden rule: Mind your own business in the body[of Christ] that was prepared for you. Going into the world in a constant fit of aggression against non Christians only leads to animosity, and, shows an undisciplined character in Jesus name. This sort of behavior given in scripture is spoken of as those who run to shed innocent blood through gossip, itching ears to provoke arguments, inciting hatred of which leads to wars and destruction. Of course, you will not hear any evangelicals teaching their Christian people responsibility through disciplined behavior, especially that of the tongue; for most of what I see is evangelicals pumping their Christians to act-out so as to cause violence, to provoke wars and death. Examples are seen in how evangelicals pump hatred for whoever they decide to create as an enemy. Using their propaganda they cause their Christians to sin against the teaching of Jesus Christ. But they don't seem to care, for their livlihood of greed and laziness depends on deceiving their Christian patriots. Therein, it was said in scripture, "when they cry 'peace-peace'", all they will get is war and tribulation. They truly bring damnation on themselves as they wallow in their self-esteemed and self-confident "freedom" in Christ.
