During an interview Tuesday with CNBC, President Obama demonstrated that the bug stops here, swatting dead a pesky fly.

One of our colleagues at The Oval blog began her post about the on-camera killing with prescience: "Too early to know what People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals will have to say about this ..."

PETA has responded, and with a gift — the Katcha Bug Humane Bug Catcher.

Hmmmmm.....it's doubtful he had the ability or coordination.

He did cause the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Muslim people, though.

On a side note... news media is reporting that Iranians are, in fact, humans. The advent of Twitter has revolutioned media hype and things are looking better for Iran. One reporter said, "but how will the Right Wing Muslim hating fundamentalists handle such news in the days ahead?"

We can expect total denial from the Repugnut war mongers as they cry "evildoers" and "ragheads". Palin and her ex-sidekick McCain have been slapped up-side of their heads by the news that Iranians are people to. Oh and btw, just what has McCain been doing for his state of Arizona lately? Has he increased jobs for his state, provided health care or anything else? John is such a do nothing. And Palin, is, of course, just another Right Wing bwitch that needs another exorcism.

Now, if you want to talk about bugs, then maybe we should inquire as to whether Ensign picked up a few in his romp through grassland.

I'm certainly not a PETA supporter, but I think they're getting a bad rap on this story. They said people called them wanting their reaction to the fly swatting incident. They provided a response. It's not like they went out of their way to condemn Obama's killing of a fly. People should realize that they should not ask a question if they don't think they'll like the answer.

Well I just killed a nasty looking spider outside. It was one of those things that can run ninety miles an hour backward and turn on a dime sideways. But the thing was just sitting there waiting for me. The nerve of that thing thinking it could eat me. Spiders are brave and feroious creatures. PETA can come collect the remains and give it a proper burial if they want. Otherwise the ants are gonna have a feast.

There has been a tempest in a tea pot about Obama killling that fly.
However, there is a rumor that a fly buzzing around Joe Biden took his own life.

I heard that THAT fly was afraid of being tortured by a Republican who wanted to pull his wings off and be forced to endure the pain of getting a lighted match stuck to his ass. So THAT fly committed suicide. And the Republican laughed.
